PRESSURE CLEANING & EXTERIOR WASHING

Pressure cleaning
by surface.

Choose a surface to see preparation, cleaning methods and site considerations. Pressure and washwater arrangements depend on the material and surroundings.

Assessed exterior washingSurface-compatible methods
Concrete driveways & paths
Sweep loose debris, assess surface marks and coatings, then clean suitable concrete with a matched tool and pressure. Include entrances, edges and accessible steps, with rinse direction and pedestrian access planned around the property.
Pavers, outdoor tiles & courtyards
Clear leaves and loose debris from paving, terraces and courtyard floors. Check joints, grout and sealers before selecting the method, then clean the agreed areas and edges with pressure and rinsing suited to the finish.
Pool surrounds
Clean suitable paved or tiled pool surrounds, edges and adjoining access paths. Plan protection for the pool and nearby landscaping, choose a method suited to the surface, and arrange drainage and washwater handling before starting.
Carparks, loading bays & factory hardstands
Prepare loose debris from parking areas, loading aprons and accessible hardstands. Assess traffic-related soiling and marks needing targeted treatment, then plan cleaning zones, vehicle access and runoff around the site’s operating hours and movements.
Bins & waste areas
Arrange access to empty bins for wash-down of bodies, lids and handles. Clean suitable bin-area floors, splash areas and collection surrounds, with the work timed around collection routines and agreed washwater handling.
Exterior walls
Assess solid brickwork, render, cladding and coated surfaces, then use a material-compatible wash, treatment and rinse. Include accessible wall areas and local detail, with spray direction and protection planned around nearby glass, seals and adjoining finishes.
Decks & fences
Check timber, composite, metal and painted surfaces for their finish and condition. Clear loose debris, apply a compatible cleaning approach and rinse appropriately, using gentler methods where needed around joints, coatings and adjoining garden areas.
Roof-cleaning enquiries
Review roof material, condition, access and drainage before proposing work. Identify suitable areas, cleaning method and operating requirements, then confirm availability and an individual scope, including how the surrounding property and washwater will be managed.

A FEW USEFUL DETAILS

Your questions, answered.

What is pure-water window cleaning?

A water-fed pole and brush deliver treated water to suitable accessible exterior glass. This is a separate method from high-pressure cleaning.

Can pressure cleaning remove every stain?

Results depend on the surface and cause of the mark. Separate treatment or a test area may be needed before the scope is confirmed.

Can you quote from photos?

Photos help establish the areas, condition and access. A site assessment may be needed before the final proposal.

Can I book roof or drone cleaning straight away?

Drone cleaning is developing. Roof and drone enquiries require a site assessment of the surfaces, access, environmental controls and operating requirements.
