PROPERTY-CARE EXPERIENCE

Attention to the finishes.

Our private-property work includes living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, floors, doors, stairs and accessible glass. Balconies, terraces and glass balustrades bring exterior detail into the same property-care discussion.

Different finishes need different methods. The agreed work identifies the areas to clean, suitable access and periodic detail, including separately scoped BBQ or stainless-steel care where required.

The property is kept anonymous. These photographs show its spaces and finishes.

OUR CLEANING EQUIPMENT

Prepared for exterior care.

Our mobile pressure-cleaning setup and water-fed window kit support different kinds of exterior work. Surface condition, access and drainage guide the proposed method.

Mobile pressure cleaning

Our ute-mounted setup uses a Honda engine, Bertolini pump and Comet water heating for agreed paving, driveway and waste-area washing. Surface condition, access and wash-water handling guide the method.

Our window-care kit includes DI water filtration, BWT filtration equipment, a water-fed pole and Gardiner and Wagtail tools. We assess reach, glass condition and access before selecting the method.
